The City of Pickering has 3 Community Centres available for rent, each with its own unique ambience.

Choose the best location for you from the following:

• Petticoat Creek Community Centre

East Shore Community Centre

This Community Centre has 3 distinct spaces available for rent:

Meeting Rooms 2 and 4

• you have the choice of renting Meeting Rooms 2 and 4 together or separately
• capacity:
  Meeting Room 2 holds 112 people
  Meeting Room 4 holds 50 people

• room rentals start at $30/hr

The Community Room

• capacity:
  80 people for social gatherings and 100 people for seminars and meetings
• room rentals start at $33/hr

The Gymnasium

• capacity:
  200 people for social gatherings and 240 for seminars & meetings
• room rentals start at $41/hr

Petticoat Community Centre

The Petticoat Creek Community Centre has 3 spaces to choose from:

• Paris & Franklin Rooms:
  capacity is 150 for social gatherings and 199 for seminars & meetings. Room rentals start at $80/hr
• Russel Franklin Room:
  capacity is 70 for social gatherings and 100 for seminars & meetings. Room rentals start at $46/hr
• Helen Paris Room:
  capacity is 70 for social gatherings & 99 for seminars & meetings. Room rentals start at $46/hr

West Shore Community Centre

This beautiful pine lodge overlooks Frenchman's Bay, and boasts a vast green space, perfect for photos or other types of outdoor fun.
