The Complex Meeting Rooms

You have the choice of renting Meeting Rooms 1, 2 & 3 individually or 1 large combined meeting room.

    Meeting Room 2 holds 50 people
    Meeting Room 3 holds 50 people

The O'Brien Rooms

You have the choice of renting O'Brien Room A and O'Brien Room B separately or together.

    O'Brien Room A holds 50 people for social gatherings and 75 for meetings & seminars
    O'Brien Room B holds 70 people for social gatherings and 100 for meetings & seminars
  • room rentals start at $43/hr

The Petticoat Creek Community Centre has 3 spaces to choose from:

  • Paris & Franklin Rooms:
    capacity is 150 for social gatherings and 199 for seminars & meetings. Room rentals start at $80/hr
  • Russel Franklin Room:
    capacity is 70 for social gatherings and 100 for seminars & meetings. Room rentals start at $46/hr
  • Helen Paris Room:
    capacity is 70 for social gatherings & 99 for seminars & meetings. Room rentals start at $46/hr

Pickering Museum Village

The Pickering Museum has 3 spaces to choose from:

  • Redman House Program Centre Ballroom:
    capacity is 40 for social gatherings and 60 for seminars and meetings. Room rentals start at $65/hr
  • Puterbaugh School House:
    capacity is 20 for social gatherings and 30 for seminars and meetings. Room rentals start at $165/hr
  • Oddfellows' Hall:
    capacity is 80 for social gatherings and 150 for seminars and meetings. Room rentals start at $120/hr
