Group Fitness & Schedules

Gather your friends or come alone and get motivated during one of our studio or swimming pool classes! The Pickering Recreation Complex offers group fitness programs for every ability and interest.

Studio programs offered include:

Studio A

Core and More, Step It Up, Zumba®, Circuit Training and Fit & Functional. These group fitness programs are available to Group Fitness members, Plus and Specialty members, as well as Registered and Drop-In participants.

Studio B

Cycle Fit, Full Body Fusion, Cycle Fusion and Fitness Kick Boxing. These group fitness programs are available to Specialty members, Drop-In, and Registered participants.

Studio C

Pilates, Yoga, and Yoga/Pilates programs are available to Specialty members, Drop-In, and Registered participants.
