Volunteering
We are seeking dedicated volunteers to assist with feeding, cleaning and socializing with cats while they are placed at our adoption facility in PetSmart.
We share this site with other rescue groups, and are only in the store every 3 months. Contact us to see when we are in next!
Interested volunteers must adhere to the following guidelines:
-
must be 16 years of age or older (if younger must be accompanied by an adult)
-
minimal commitment of 2 months (shifts must be at least 2 hours)
-
must be able to get to and from the Pickering PetSmart location (1899 Brock Rd.)
If you are interested in volunteering, please complete the online Volunteer Application Form. Once submited electonically, the Supervisor, Animal Services will be in touch with you to discuss any opportunities further.
If you choose not to complete the form electronically, the form may be dropped off at the Animal Shelter (1688 Highway 7, Brougham, ON L0H 1A0) or faxed to 905.619.9963.
