Notice of Complete Application Under the Planning Act
Dated July 23, 2015

Applications for approval of a Draft Plan of Subdivision (City File: SP-2015-04) and to amend Zoning By-law 3037 (City File: A 08/15) were submitted by Ontario Infrastructure and Land Corporation on behalf of the Province of Ontario that are proposing to amend the zoning by-law to permit the implementation of the application of a draft plan of subdivision consisting of blocks for: residential; community use - institutional use; open space; parkland; stormwater facilities; and new municipal roads, all as indicated in the below chart (see attached Applicant's Submitted Plan). In accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act, the purpose of this notice is to confirm that this is a complete application.

3 High Density blocks containing 526 apartment dwelling units
2 Mixed Corridor blocks containing 147 apartment dwelling units
2 Gateway blocks containing 495 apartment dwelling units
7 blocks for 572 stacked townhouses dwelling units
4 blocks for 156 townhouse dwelling units
2 blocks for community use - institutional use
1 block for a village green
1 block for a stormwater management facilities
2 blocks for Natural Heritage System
6 blocks for easements

The subject lands (see attached Location Map) are Part Lots 19 - 21, Concession 3 and Part Lots 17 - 19, Concession 4

A Public Information Meeting for these applications will be held at a later date, and a further notice of that meeting will be provided pursuant to the statutory requirements of the Planning Act.

Information and material submitted in support of these applications will be available for viewing in the City Development Department, Pickering Civic Complex, One The Esplanade, Pickering, ON L 1V 6K7, between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm during the regular business week.
