Proposal:
To facilitate a retail /commercial development consisting of a total gross floor area of 13,700 square metres distributed over 7 single-tenant and multi-tenant buildings. A total of 402 parking spaces are provided on-site and 284 parking spaces are being provided on the adjacent hydro corridor lands. The applicant is requesting to permit a range of uses including, but not limited to, commercial fitness/recreation centre, day care centre, financial institution, office, restaurant, retail store, supermarket and residential uses.

The applicant is also seeking site specific amendments to the City's Official Plan policies to permit single-storey buildings and a drive-through facility, whereas the policies require multi-storey buildings and prohibits drive-through facilities on lands designated as "Mixed Use Area - Mixed Corridor".
