Applications for Draft Plan of Subdivision (File Number SP-2014-04) and Zoning By-law Amendment (File NumberA 11/14) have been submitted by K. Lazaridis and Louisville Homes Ltd. proposing 4 blocks for 8 semi-detached units fronting Mahogany Court and 1 reserve block. The purpose of the Zoning By-law Amendment application is to rezone the subject lands from Restricted Agricultural (A) Zone to an appropriate Residential zone category. In accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act, the purpose of this notice is to confirm that these are complete applications.

The subject property is located on the north side of Finch Avenue, immediately west of Rosebank Road, fronting on the south side of Mahogany Court.

A Public Information Meeting for these applications will be held at a later date, and a further notice of the date of that meeting will be sent to you in advance of the meeting date.

Information and material submitted in support of these applications is available for viewing in the City Development Department, Pickering Civic Complex, One The Esplanade, Pickering, Ontario L1V 6K7, between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm during the regular business week.
