Notice of Complete Application

Applications for Draft Plan of Subdivision (File Number SP-2014-03), Draft Plan of Condominium (File Number CP-2014-03) and Zoning By-law 3036 (File Number A 10/14) have been submitted by Grand Communities (Pickering) Corp. proposing a common element condominium development consisting of 28 three-storey townhouse units accessed by a private road. In accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act, the purpose of this notice is to confirm that these are complete applications.
 
The subject properties (see location map on PDF file ) having the municipal addresses of 356 and 364 Kingston Road are located at the northwest corner of Kingston Road and Rougemount Drive.
 
A Public Information Meeting for these applications will be held at a later date, and a further notice of the date of that meeting will be sent to you in advance of the meeting date.
 
Information and material submitted in support of these applications is available for viewing in the City Development Department, Pickering Civic Complex, Qne The Esplanade, Pickering, Ontario L 1V 6K7, between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm during the regular business week.
