Purpose:  Partial closure at Rouge Beach to address rapid shoreline erosion . Effective Thursday, May 12, Parks Canada will put in place a temporary and partial closure at Rouge Beach near the mouth of the Rouge River to allow for remediation work due to increased shoreline erosion and rising water levels, which have created unstable terrain and strong currents that pose risks to visitors.
