The City of Pickering is excited to announce a new initiative aimed at enhancing the recreational offerings at Rick Johnson Memorial Park. As a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts and families, the park has become a beloved community hub. To ensure the park continues to meet the needs of the community and potential visitors, the City of Pickering is conducting a survey and hosting virtual consultations to receive input from residents.

Virtual consultations will be held via. Zoom on Thursday, February 22 at 7:00 pm, Tuesday, February 27 at 10:00 am, and Wednesday, February 28 at 6:00 pm.

Attendees will have the opportunity to provide valuable feedback on outdoor recreation programs and events they would like to see offered in the park beginning in June 2024. Registration is required for the virtual consultations.
