Note: Prior to the Planning & Development Committee meeting, an informal Open House will be held in the front lobby with respect to the following planning applications. The Open House will start at 6:00 pm and continue until 6:50 pm.

You are invited to attend and provide your comments and feedback at this meeting hosted by the City Development Department and the Planning & Development Committee.

The following is a brief description of the proposal:

Proposal:
The applicant is proposing a mixed-use development consisting of:

  • two buildings having heights of 23 storeys containing a total of 498 apartment units
  • approximately 1,900 square metres of grade related commercial uses
  • 200 public parking spaces to serve the neighbourhood
  • a pedestrian promenade through the site and a public boardwalk along the waterfront edge
