The Subject Property has access to full municipal services. Regional services may be subject to connection charges, and all shared services are subject to the terms of the Duffin Heights Developers' Group Cost Sharing Agreement.
The City of Pickering will not be providing vendor take back mortgage financing in respect of any sale of the Subject Lands.
A pdf version of the City's Agreement of Purchase and Sale template can be downloaded or printed from this website. Any desired changes to the Agreement of Purchase and Sale should be noted in Schedule "C".
The Subject Lands can be developed in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act, the Official Plan policies of the City of Pickering and the Region of Durham, the Duffin Heights Development Guidelines, and the Duffin Heights Developers' Group Cost Sharing Agreement.
