The applicant has submitted applications for an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment to facilitate a residential development consisting of 2 apartment buildings, having building heights of 8 and 12 storeys, containing 236 units. The applications also propose 64 stacked back-to-back townhouse units. The proposed development will be accessed by a private driveway that has access from the west side of Guild Road.

Revisions to Proposal

The proposal has been revised by the applicant to eliminate the 64 stacked back-to-back townhouse units and increase the proposed height of the 2 apartment buildings to a maximum of 18 and 14 storeys, containing a total of 346 dwelling units. The applicant is also proposing a Day Care Facility use on the first floor, which will have a total area of approximately 560 square metres. Please see the revised supporting materials below.

ii)  may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to do so.
