Our Customer Care Centre staff are available to chat with you online during regular business hours (Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm).
You are getting help from a real person. Please be polite. We will not answer personal questions or questions that contain offensive language. We monitor usage and reserve the right to disconnect those who display rude or inappropriate behaviour.
Be patient with us. There are 2-3 Customer Care Representatives online, but sometimes we are busy managing incoming phone calls, and in-person enquiries. Our online chat requests are responded to in a priority sequence. If you are unable to wait, or our service is closed, you can still ask a question, or provide feedback by leaving a message. We will be pleased to respond to you within one business day. Thank you!
