Membership cards must be used at all access points to enter designated areas or access to the facility will be refused. Lost or stolen cards will be re-issued at a cost of $11.75. Non-use will not be considered a reason for cancellation, extension or refund of membership. Medical reasons and relocation are the only situations for which we accept extension or refund of membership (with appropriate paperwork). An administration fee of $35.00 + HST will apply to cancellations (those that qualify) and all transfers of memberships. Medical Procedure: patron must advise the City of Pickering at the beginning of a medical situation. Memberships may be put on hold with medical confirmation. *Note* Medical certificates will not be accepted following a medical situation. Members who have children and wish to help them change must use the Family Change Rooms. Membership Change Rooms are for adults only. The City reserves the right to close the facilities for construction, maintenance related functions, tournaments and/or major events. No refunds or extensions will be issued for these closures. The City of Pickering is not responsible for lost or stolen property. Please lock up all your valuables. Seasonal Memberships are for the next three consecutive calendar months and Annual Memberships are for the next twelve consecutive calendar months. No more than two adults (18 years of age and older) may be included on a Family Membership. Family Memberships are restricted to immediate family only. Personal Training or the appearance of Personal Training, Personal Coaching, or the appearance of Personal Coaching is not permitted in the Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex. For a complete copy of this policy, please contact the front desk. Special MembershipsAn active student card must be presented to validate your Student Membership purchase. Student Memberships will not be activated without a current student card. Students must be 18+ years to utilize the membership change room facilities. Membership are valid for the period for which they have been purchased for, not the date the voucher is redeemed. Swim Passes are valid during public and adult swim periods only. Swim passes include use of the Membership Change Rooms during these periods for adults only. Swim passes do not include guest or membership privileges. Swim passes are valid at both the Dunbarton Pool and the Recreation Complex Pool. Court Booking Rules and RegulationsSquash and RacquetballProtective eyewear is mandatory for anyone utilizing the squash and racquetball courts. Squash and Racquetball members may have only one court booked in their name in prime time and only one court booked in their name during non-prime time hours during a 24-hour period. Squash and Racquetball Daytime Members may have only two non-prime time courts booked in their name at once. Additional courts may be booked only after one of your booked courts has expired. TennisTennis members are permitted to have only one court booked per day. Please ask for complete rules and regulations. No ball hopper machines are allowed on the courts at any time except by permission of the head tennis professional. Courts must be paid for before use.

Pre-Teen Dance Tickets |
Important information about your on-line ticketProtect your ticket. Keep the ticket in a safe place as you would money or regular tickets. Each Ticket is printed with a unique barcode and can only be used once - allowing only one entry. Present your printed ticket at the entrance doors before the dance for validation and admittance to the Pre-Teen Dance. Following the validation/scanning process the barcode is instantly cancelled prohibiting re-use of ticket. Customers holding duplicate tickets will not be admitted. Do not buy a ticket from a source other than the eStore via pickering.ca otherwise you will not be able to verify that this ticket is an original valid ticket, or an unauthorized copy. City of Pickering is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication and reserves the right to deny admission. City of Pickering is not responsible for any lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged or duplicate tickets. Failure to comply with the rules may result in non-admission or expulsion. Credit Card Disputes: the City of Pickering will investigate any disputed claims, and respond within 7 - 10 days. All tickets are final sale. |
