Marshall Homes (Finch) Ltd. has submitted applications for the approval of a Draft Plan of Subdivision, Draft Plan of Condominium and Zoning By-law Amendment, to permit a residential common element condominium development consisting of 38 lots for detached dwellings accessed through an internal private road.

Revisions to Proposal

The proposal has been revised to incorporate an additional 0.145 hectare parcel of land, immediately north-east of the subject lands that the applicant acquired from the Ministry of Transportation. As a result of the additional lands being acquired, the applicant has revised their applications to permit a residential common element condominium development consisting of 42 lots for detached dwellings. Planning Act Requirements

This application has been deemed complete in accordance with the Planning Act.

If a person or public body does not make an oral submission at a public meeting or make written submissions to the City of Pickering before the City of Pickering gives approval or refusal of the Zoning By-law Amendment, the person or public body:

i)   is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Council to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal; and,

ii)  may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to do so.

If you wish to be notified of the decisions you must make a written request to the City Clerk. All submissions shall include the full name and address of the presenter.
