Original Proposal

In 2020, Brock Road Duffins Forest Inc.  submitted applications for Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision to facilitate the development of an apartment building, having a maximum building height of 20 storeys, containing 307 dwelling units. The applications also propose 9 street townhouse units and 64 stacked townhouse units.

Revised Proposal (2nd Submission)

In February 2022, the applciant revised the proposed development to reduce the total number of residential dwellings from 380 units  to 372 units.  The 64 stacked townhouse units initially proposed have been removed and replaced with 34 back-to-back townhouse units. A total of 10 traditional townhouses are proposed. The revised applications maintain the 20-storey apartment building, however the number of dwelling units contained in the building has increased from 307 units to 328 units.

Revised Proposal (3rd Submission)

Brock Road Duffins Forest Inc. has slightly refined the proposed development since the second submission to address site design comments, however, the number of units and proposed built form has not changed. The applicant is proposing 328 residential apartment units contained within a 20-storey apartment building, 10 traditional townhouses and 34 back to back townhouses for a total of 372 units. Additional information and updated materials have been submitted in support of the proposal to address technical comments raised by applicable agencies.
