Health and safety expectations to know when visiting a City facility

  • Sign in with security at the front entrance.
    • Here, you will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms and asked to delay your visit if you are experiencing any. Please complete the COVID-19 Self Assessment, and bring it with you on the day of your visit. Copies will also be available at facilities.
    • State your appointment time and reason.
  • Keep 2 metres (6 feet) between yourself and others.
  • Non-medical face masks are required (note, the City will not be providing masks, and we ask that you bring your own).
  • We ask you to use the hand sanitizer at the screening station, upon entry. Hand washing sinks and hand sanitizer dispensers are located throughout the building and we encourage frequent use.
  • Patrons will be advised that, if they have a medical exemption from wearing a mask, they must advise City staff in advance of attending the facility so we can make the necessary arrangements to serve them.
