Proposal

Daniels LR Corporation ("Daniels") has submitted an Application for Site Plan Approval for the lands located at the southeast corner of Valley Farm Road and Kingston Road. The applicant proposes to develop these lands in two phases. At this time, Daniels is only proposing to develop the easterly portion (Phase 1) of the subject lands for 96 stacked townhouse condominium units. A total of 140 vehicle parking spaces are proposed, consisting of 125 resident parking spaces and 15 visitor parking spaces. Vehicular access to the Phase 1 lands (stacked townhouses) will be restricted to Kingston Road via Lennox Lane.
