Development Services is responsible for the following:

• coordinates engineering approval and inspections for new infrastructure (sewers, roads, utilities, lot grading, tree planting, sidewalks, streetlights, fencing, etc.) for residential, commercial and industrial developments.
• review and approval of Municipal Consents
• processes, reviews and issues permits for swimming pool enclosures and Topsoil Disturbance/Fill Placement.
• responds to enquiries and concerns generated by development activities
