| Other Comments | Study commencement is awaiting information from the results of various studies including: the Region of Durham Fiscal Impact Analysis; the Seaton Master Environmental Servicing Plan; and the Region of Durham's Master Environmental Assessment for Water, Sewers and Transportation.
The City of Pickering is also required to prepare a Development Charges Background Study and by-law to identify the City's Development Charges for Seaton. The Region has a Transit Development Charge for the Region but it excludes Seaton.The Region's 2008 Development Charge Study addresses Regional water and sewer excluding Seaton. |
