Important Notice

Note that GHG Digital, the provider of the app, Pingstreet, has advised that due to market demand and evolving mobile app technology requirements, the app will no longer be available as of June 7, 2024. 

You will still be able to use the app on supported Apple and Android devices but will not be able to download it from the app stores leading up to its end-of-life date. 

At this time, there is not a replacement app scheduled. You may forward any concerns you wish to report to the City directly to the Customer Care Centre via email to customercare@pickering.ca and staff will ensure your concerns are directed to the appropriate staff for further investigation as required.

You may also report problems using the online Service Request form.


The Pingstreet app provides you with City information and tools on the go. The app leverages existing data maintained on the website to give you quick access to popular content and the ability to receive push notifications.
