Applications (City Files SP-2008-12 (R) and A 07/23) has been submitted by Taccgate Developments Inc. to revise an approved Draft Plan of Subdivision (SP-2008-12) and amend Seaton Zoning By-law 7364/14, as amended. The rezoning and revised Draft Plan includes a mix of lots and blocks for residential uses (628 dwelling units), one local node block for commercial and residential uses, two blocks for stormwater management facilities, one community park block, and new public streets.

If a person or public body does not make an oral submission at a public meeting or make written submissions to the City of Pickering before the City of Pickering gives approval or refusal of the Zoning By-law Amendment, the person or public body:

i)   is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Council to the Local Planning Appeals Tribunal; and,

ii)  may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Local Planning Appeals Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Board, there are reasonable grounds to do so.

If you wish to be notified of the decisions you must make a written request to the City Clerk.  All submissions shall include the full name and address of the presenter.
