Unique AT Holding Corporation is proposing to construct a high-rise, mixed-use development consisting of two residential towers at 46 and 54 storeys, joined by a 4-storey podium. The proposed development includes 1,064 residential units and 860 square metres of commercial/retail space at grade. The purpose of the zoning by-law amendment is to increase the maximum building height from 122 metres (approx. 38 storeys) to 169 metres (54 storeys) and 145 metres (46 storeys).

i)   is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Council to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal; and,

ii)  may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to do so.

If you wish to be notified of the decisions you must make a written request to the City Clerk. All submissions shall include the full name and address of the presenter.
