The Pickering Recreation Complex has 2 dedicated rooms for cardio conditioning with the latest equipment, weight room, indoor running track and CSEP certified fitness staff, always on hand for questions or advice. 

Perfect for all levels, our equipment is easy to use and adjustable to meet your fitness goals.

Equipment includes:

  • Life Fitness treadmills
  • elliptical cross-trainers
  • stair climbers
  • recumbent and upright bikes
  • rowing machines
  • selectorized weight machines
  • free weights and cable pulley systems
  • Atlantis Synrgy 360
  • Hammer Strength squat rack and smith machine
  • Small group training and stretching studio.  Includes mats, free weights, stability balls, Ab Dolly, skipping ropes and heavy bag equipment

Health Club Orientations

Members and non members welcome. This free one hour session reviews and demonstrates how to use the cardio equipment, machine, weights and a brief overview of health club etiquette.

Orientations take place Sunday afternoons, Tuesday evenings, Wednesday mornings, and Friday afternoons.  Reserve your spot - call 905.683.6582.
