Health Club Orientations

Members and non members welcome. This free one hour session reviews and demonstrates how to use the cardio equipment, machine, weights and a brief overview of health club etiquette.

Orientations take place Sunday afternoons, Tuesday evenings, Thursday mornings, and Friday afternoons. Reserve your spot - call 905.683.6582.

Complimentary Core Training

Led by one of our qualified Fitness Staff, these 15 minute sessions offer a terrific core workout and provide participants with the opportunity to learn a variety of techniques and exercise that really isolate the core!

Core training takes place in the Small Group Training Room in the Health Club and is free for all Health Club members.
