Private Property Parking Enforcement

The following application forms can be filled out online, to be saved, printed and submitted with applicable fees to the City of Pickering.

Please submit to bylaw@pickering.ca including all required correspondence pertaining to each application below.

Application for Site Approval

• Requires that enforcement policies regarding visitor parking registration must be submitted with this application, in addition to copies of information provided to new residents informing them of the appropriate processes and contact information.

Security Contractor Application

• Requires copy of current agreement between the security contractor and the property management.

Application for Officer Licence

• Requires current valid photo identification i.e. valid driver’s license.
• Requires private property security contractor confirmation of employment, or letter from condominium corporation or property owner/management confirming authorization to enforce parking regulations on their property.
