East Shore Community Centre 

Purpose: Roof Top HVAC Installation

Duration: Thursday, August 7, 2025 to Friday, August 15, 2025

A heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) unit is being installed at East Shore Community 
Centre. During this time, air conditioning will not be available in the Seniors Main Hall and Billiard Lounge. 

The East Shore Community Centre will remain open during this time. Air conditioning will remain operational within the remainder of the Community Centre. Supplemental fans will be provided for the Seniors Main Hall and Billiard Lounge.

While programs will continue to run in affected parts of the facility, some programs have been relocated from affected areas to run in different areas of the building.

South Pickering Seniors Club members will be contacted if high temperatures result in program cancellations during the duration of this service disruption.
