Please be advised that the City’s Meeting Calendar (events.pickering.ca/events) has been experiencing intermittent disruptions where users experience an error or the calendar fails to load when attempting to visit. The City is aware of the issue and is actively working with it’s website provider to investigate and address the issue.

During this time, meeting information for upcoming meetings including agendas, minutes, livestreams, and archived videos have been made available at pickering.ca/meetings. Past meeting agendas and minutes can be accessed from the City’s Corporate Records (corporate.pickering.ca).
