Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex

Purpose: Roof Replacement at Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex

Duration: Friday, August 15 to Friday, October 10, 2025

Beginning Friday, August 15 through Friday, October 10, 2025, portions of the roof at the Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex are being replaced. 

Impacts to Service Delivery – the south parking lot will be closed for patrons and staff and reserved for Construction use only. Patrons are encouraged to use the north parking lot.

All City programs, services and permit rentals at CHDRC will remain open during the construction period. Short term localized closures of specific areas may be required during the work and will be accompanied by additional advanced notice. Updated construction signage will be posted in the facility throughout the construction period to ensure patrons are aware of service impacts.
