Temporary Road Closure at 1625 Pickering Parkway

Purpose: Emergency replacement of HVAC unit on top of condominium building

Duration: Friday, June 27, 2025 from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm

Lift All Crane will be making an emergency replacement of a HVAC unit on top of the condominium building at 1625 Pickering Parkway. Road closure is required to park a 350 tonne crane which will be used to hoist the new HVAC unit onto the top of the building. No driveways will be affected by this road closure, traffic will be directed by control personnel on site.
