Pay Parking Tickets
We are pleased to offer the simple, secure and convenient service of paying your parking ticket online through the eTicket Portal. Please have your credit card and the Ticket Number handy when accessing the portal.

Once again this year, toy or food donations in lieu of payment for parking tickets will be accepted from November 24 to December 16, 2025.

Donation Guidelines:
- Parking tickets issued between November 24 and December 16, 2025 may be paid with a donation to help those in need.
- Toy donations must be new and unwrapped, receipt required.
- Toys for children newborn to age 18 are greatly appreciated.
- Food donations must be non-perishable, receipt required.
- The value of your donation must be equal to or greater than the fine on the ticket.
- Tickets issued for illegal parking in accessible spaces are not eligible.
Fraud Alert: Beware of Fake Parking Ticket Messages
The City of Pickering does not use text messaging to communicate about parking tickets or fines related to the Provincial Offences Act.
Residents are reminded to never click any suspicious links asking for ticket payment or personal information by text. Messages may be reported as spam to the cellular service provider, and suspicious text messages can be deleted.
