Notice of Extension of Closure Civic Complex Elevators

Closure of the Civic Complex Elevators has been extended

Purpose: Closed for maintenance

Duration: Monday, December 8, 2025, and will reopen on Saturday, December 13, 2025

Closure of the elevators at the Pickering Civic Complex, including both City Hall and the Library has been extended. The elevators are now estimated to be returned to service by Saturday, December 13, 2025. 

Visitors requiring access to services offered on the second floor should approach the Customer Care counter in the main lobby of City Hall, who will gladly assist you with any specific needs.
