Download Pickering's free mobile app!  The app provides residents and visitors with convenient access to popular City information and tools on the go. Use your smartphone to report a problem, stay up-to-date on road works, receive important municipal broadcasts, notifications, and more. 

After business hours?

For service requests that require immediate attention such as a stop sign down, road flooding, tree preservation or animal related emergencies, call 905.683.7575. 

On-street parking infractions are not considered an urgent matter, however, if the vehicle is blocking access to your driveway; please contact Durham Region Police Service at 1.888.579.1520.

If the issue is about an immediate threat to safety please call 911 for emergency assistance.

Self-Serve Kiosks 

We have two touch-screen kiosks, located at George Ashe Library & Community Centre and the Pickering Recreation Complex.

Current features include the option to live chat online with Customer Care staff during regular business hours, provide feedback on customer service experience, access a calendar of events, register for a program, and subscribe to news, alerts and eNewsletters. 

The kiosk can also be utilized as a charging station for mobile devices, and includes a drop box feature for those wishing to provide paper copy feedback.
