The Customer Care Centre provides an important link between members of the public, the Mayor, Members of Council, and City of Pickering municipal departments. Our main priority is to ensure that you, "the customer" receive prompt attention and service regarding any municipal concerns you may have.

Our language translation line gives you access to an on-demand interpreter for over 100 languages, during regular business hours. Contact our Customer Care Centre for more information.

After business hours?

For service requests that require immediate attention such as a stop sign down, road flooding, tree preservation or animal related emergencies, call 905.683.7575. 

On-street parking infractions are not considered an urgent matter, however, if the vehicle is blocking access to your driveway; please contact Durham Region Police Service at 1.888.579.1520.

If the issue is about an immediate threat to safety please call 911 for emergency assistance.
