Notice of Extension - Third Concession Road between Clearside Court to Valley Farm Road

Peter Matthews Drive ( Concession Road 3) in Pickering, between Valley Farm Road and Clearside Court will be closed to facilitate road reconstruction, widening and bridge construction. Closure is expected to be in place until the Fall of 2026.

Purpose: Road Reconstruction and Bridge Construction

Duration: January 25, 2024 to Fall 2026

Emergency Vehicles will not have access for the duration of the closure.

Access to Grand Valley Park Leash Free Area remains open via Valley Farm Road.
