Notice of Roof Replacement - CHDRC

Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex  

Purpose: Roof Replacement at Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex 

Duration: Monday, April 20 to Friday, July 10, 2026 

Interior tarping of the ceiling will be installed in the lobby of the Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex (CHDRC) beginning on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, to be completed by Monday, April 6, 2026. This work is required prior to resuming roof replacement that began in the facility in 2025. 

Replacement of several roof areas will begin on Monday, April 20. All work is scheduled to be 
complete by Friday, July 10, 2026, subject to weather conditions.   

Impacts to Service Delivery – the south parking lot will be closed and reserved for construction use only during this work. Parking remains available on the west and east sides of the facility. 

All City programs, services and permit rentals at CHDRC will remain open during the construction period. Updated construction signage will be posted in the facility throughout the construction period to ensure patrons are provided advanced notice prior to any service impacts.
