The City of Pickering has received applications for a Zoning By-law Amendment, Draft Plan of Condominium, and Draft Plan of Subdivision. The City is required to process and review all complete applications under the Planning Act. This meeting is for information purposes and to collect feedback, no decisions will be made.

Please note that although this meeting is scheduled for 7:00 pm, this matter could be delayed due to Committee’s consideration of preceding agenda items.

What is Being Proposed?

The applicant is proposing 13 lots for detached dwellings fronting onto two private roads. One private road will have access from the east side of Sideline 4, and the second private road will have access from the north side of Fifth Concession Road. The remaining lands not used for residential purposes are planned to  be rezoned as open space.
