Proposal

The applicant is proposing to develop the southwest quadrant of the subject lands with a 25‑metre-high monopole tower. The tower is proposed to be located in the rear yard of an existing warehouse building, near Copperstone Drive and Silicone Drive. The tower would be situated within an industrial area, not visible from any major roads. The site is not within 150 metres of residential properties.
