Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex

Purpose: Extension of Roof Replacement

Duration: Friday, June 26 to Friday, July 31, 2026

Roof replacement work at the Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex (CHDRC) has been extended and is now anticipated to continue through Friday, July 31, 2026.

Interior ceiling tarping remains in place and will be removed upon completion of the project.

Impacts to Service Delivery – the south parking lot will remain closed for patrons and staff and reserved for construction related activities only. Patrons are encouraged to use the north parking lot.

All City programs, services, and permit rentals at CHDRC will remain open during the construction period.

Updated construction signage will continue to be posted throughout the facility to ensure patrols are aware of service impacts.
