Notice of Construction - Third Concession Road Asphalt Resurfacing from Altona Road to Rosebank Road

The City of Pickering’s contractor, Four Seasons Site Development Ltd. (Quotation No. Q2026-32), will be undertaking asphalt resurfacing work on Third Concession Road from Altona Road to Rosebank Road. The scope of work involves pulverizing existing asphalt, new granular base, new road asphalt, re-establishment of existing ditches and culvert installation as required, and boulevard restoration.

Anticipated Start Date: October 13, 2026

Anticipated Completion Date: November 17, 2026

The road will remain open throughout the construction period; however, residents and motorists may experience temporary delays and minor inconveniences as work progresses. Access for emergency vehicles will be maintained at all times.
