Notice of Family Change Room & Parking Lot Closure - CHRDC

Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex

Purpose: Rooftop HVAC Replacement and Crane Lift Operations   
Duration: Tuesday, September 8, 2026 to Saturday, September 12, 2026 

Please be advised that the older Family Change Room will be temporarily closed from Tuesday, September 8 through Saturday, September 12 to accommodate a rooftop HVAC unit replacement. Throughout the closure, the main Universal Change Room will remain open and fully accessible for use.

As part of the project, a crane operation is scheduled for Wednesday, September 9, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. During this time, the existing HVAC unit will be removed and the new unit installed. To ensure public safety and facilitate construction activities, the following temporary access restrictions will be in effect:

• Designated parking spaces within the marked construction area will be closed from 7:00 a.m. to 
  12:00 p.m.
• The squash courts will be temporarily closed during crane lift operations.
