Notice of Partial Temporary Park Closure Claremont Memorial Park

Purpose: Playground Reconstruction

Duration: Tuesday, May 5, 2026 - Friday, May 29, 2026

The rink and surrounding area will be temporarily closed at Claremont Memorial Park to allow for its removal and construction of a new playground as approved by Council in the Claremont Memorial Park Master Plan. The existing playground will be removed following the opening of the new playground. The north section of the rink area will remain gravel for the future construction of a multi-use shade structure in this location.
