Proposed Zoning Amendments 
A site-specific zoning by-law amendment is required to permit the construction of the proposed Seaton Recreation Complex & Library. The proposed zoning amendment would remove the maximum front yard setback requirement, reduce the required number of parking spaces, and permit parking areas between the building and the street.
