City-wide burn ban in effect for Pickering

Due to prolonged high temperatures and to support the ongoing safety of our community, the City has implemented a burn ban.

- All agricultural burn permits are suspended until the ban is lifted.

- Chimineas, bonfires, and wood-burning appliances remain prohibited in Pickering. Propane or natural gas fire bowls and fire tables should not be used while the burn ban is in effect.

Notice of Temporary Road Closure - Marsh Court Drive

Temporary Road Closure, Marshcourt Drive from Pickering Parkway to 1521 Marshcourt Drive, approximately 90m north of Pickering Parkway.  

Purpose:  Required for the installation of underground service connections. 

Duration: Monday, May 25, 2026 to Friday, July 31, 2026
