Notice of Temporary Traffic Controls - Chariot Fest Event

The Chariot Fest event will be held in Esplanade Park on Saturday, July 18, 2026 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.   

For this event, the City of Pickering will be closing The Esplanade South, from Valley Farm Road to the outbound driveway of the Pickering Civic Complex parking lot, on Saturday, July 18, 2026, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. 

Purpose:  Chariot Fest 2026 Event 

Duration: Saturday, July 18, 2026 – 7:00 am to 9:00 pm 

The Esplanade South – will be closed from Valley Farm Road to the outbound driveway of the Pickering Civic Complex parking lot on Saturday, July 18 from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.  

Temporary Parking Restrictions – will occur on both sides of the Esplanade North.   

Temporary Accessible Parking – will be available on a portion of the north side of Diefenbaker Court on Saturday, July 18, from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.
