Notice of Temporary Traffic Measures - Annual Pickering Dragon Boat Challenge

Purpose: 2026 Dragon Boat Challenge Event

Duration:

Saturday, May 30, 2026 from 6:00 am to 8:30 pm and Sunday, May 31, 2026 from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm

The Pickering Dragon Boat Club, in cooperation with the City of Pickering, will be hosting the Annual Pickering Dragon Boat Challenge, and the Ontario Youth Dragon Boat Championships. The events will be held at Bruce Handscomb Memorial Park on Saturday, May 30, 2026 and Sunday, May 31, 2026.

The City of Pickering will be installing temporary traffic controls including, establishing a pick-up and drop-off zone on a portion of Breezy Drive fronting Bruce Handscomb Memorial Park and placing parking restrictions on one side of Elvira Court.
