Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex

Purpose: Replacement of Skylights  
Duration: Monday, August 17 to Saturday, August 22, 2026

Replacement of existing skylights at the Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex (CHDRC) is 
scheduled to begin Monday, August 17, 2026, to be completed August 22, 2026.  

Phase 1: August 17 to August 19

Phase 2 & 3: August 20 to August 22 

Interior ceiling tarping remains in place and will be removed, after hours, upon completion of the 
project.

The health club will be closed to members on August 17, 2026 to August 19, 2026. Areas directly 
below other work areas will also be temporarily closed to maintain public safety while the skylight 
replacement is underway.
