Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex
Purpose: Roof Replacement
Duration: Wednesday, April 15 to Friday, June 26, 2026
Beginning Wednesday, April 15 through Friday, June 26, portions of the roof at the Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex (CHDRC) are being replaced. Phase 1 is scheduled for April 21 to May 12. Phase 2 is scheduled May 14 to June 26. These dates are subject to change due to weather.
Impacts to service delivery: a small section (in green) of the north parking lot will be closed to patrons and staff and will be reserved for construction use only.
All city programs, services and permit rentals at CHDRC will remain open during the construction period. Updated construction signage will be posted in the facility throughout the construction period to ensure patrons are aware of service impacts.
