• The City of Pickering will have a flag raising ceremony in recognition of Pride Month on Friday, June 2, 2023 at 10:00 am, in the turning circle in front of City Hall. The Progressive flag will be raised and on display until Tuesday, June 20, 2023.

• The City of Pickering will display the Period Purse flag in recognition of Menstrual Hygiene Day on Sunday, May 28, 2023. The flag will be on display until Monday, May 29, 2023. For more information visit menstrualhygieneday.org/
