Voters' List
Am I on the Voters' List?
The Voters’ List is an important facet of the municipal election. To make your voting experience as efficient as possible, ensure that your information on the Voters’ List is accurate. This will ensure that you receive a Voter Information Package that will contain all the information you need to vote.
How do I add or change my information on the Voters' List?
A person must submit an application to make any changes to the Voters’ List. The prescribed Form to make amendments to the Voters’ List is referred to as an EL 15, Application to Amend the Voters’ List. Electors can complete this process by visiting a designated Voting Location.
The Clerk’s Office will be open for Voters’ List inquiries during regular business hours, and until the close of voting on Election Day (October 26, 2026).
Voter Assistance Centres / Voting Locations

Location dates and hours of operation vary. Please see details for each location below.
After October 23rd, electors will need to visit a designated Voter Assistance Centre or Voting Location, with proof of identification showing their name and qualifying address, to have their information added or corrected on the Voters’ List. Once the information has been added to the Voters’ List, your Voter Information Package will be provided to you in person and will include the necessary internet voting credentials to vote using the internet.
