    Original Proposal

    In 2020, Brock Road Duffins Forest Inc.  submitted applications for Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision to facilitate the development of an apartment building, having a maximum building height of 20 storeys, containing 307 dwelling units. The applications also propose 9 street townhouse units and 64 stacked townhouse units.

    Proposal

    Applications for approval of an Official Plan Amendment and a Zoning By-law Amendment have been submitted by Alireza Adjedani for lands located on the west side of Liverpool Road, north of Kingston Road, municipally known as 1854 and 1858 Liverpool Road.

  • Altona Group

    Proposal

    The applicant has submitted a Zoning By-law Amendment application to amend the City Centre Zoning By-law 7553/17. Altona Group is proposing a mixed-use development consisting of two buildings having heights of 25-storeys and 13-storeys.
