The purpose of these meetings is to provide interested parties the ability to learn more about the proposal and provide any comments and feedback before any decisions are made on the above noted application.

May 22, 2025 - A Statutory Public Meeting is being held to consider an Information Report regarding the following proposal: Zoning By-law Amendment Application A 14/15 and Draft Plan of Subdivision Application SP-2009-02 (R).

May 13, 2025 - Take notice that the Council of the City of Pickering will hold an electronic statutory public meeting pursuant to The Development Charges Act, 1997, regarding proposed development charge rates and policies that will be applied in the City (including Seaton). It is proposed that the enactment of a new Development Charges By-law by Council would occur on July 1st, 2025. The public meeting will be held on Monday, June 9th, 2025 immediately after the Executive Committee Meeting.

May 9, 2025 - The City of Pickering encourages citizens to participate in their community by volunteering for one of our Boards, Committees or Taskforces. The Heritage Pickering Advisory Committee is currently accepting applications from citizen volunteers.
